Hello! My name is Nancy.
In 2017 I decided to put feet to a 25-year-long journey of learning about the Hebraic origins of Christianity.
I went to Israel.
My days in this ancient land changed how I saw the stories from the Bible. They instantly went multi-dimensional. What an experience!
There were so many first impressions.
I walked among the seaside ruins of Caesarea Maritima; stood in the bow of a wooden boat out on the Sea of Galilee; touched the basalt step at the base of the white synagogue in Capernaum; stood atop the fortress of Masada with its panoramic view of the Dead Sea; and caught a first glimpse of the Dome of the Rock at night as we drove into Jerusalem.
I fell in love. With a place and a people.
This website was born from that life-transforming trip. I came home with a passion to encourage Christians to experience Israel for themselves, read the Bible from a renewed perspective, and to support Israel and the wonderful people who live there.
